Can I track my order?

Yes we use courier companies for all our deliveries, so you can always see where your decorations are?

Can I deliver to a PO?

Sorry no, as we don’t use Australia Post we can only deliver to an exact address.

How can I pay for my order?

The Festive store will accept credit cards through STRIPE, PAYPAL and bank transfer.  If you don’t like to pay online, you can also give us a call to pay over the phone.

Can I return my product?

You can return your decorations to The Festive Store and we will give you a store credit, refund or we will attempt to repair the item where:

  • The product is damaged or not working correctly
  • Your decorations do not match the description provided when you purchased the item
  • It is within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • You purchased your item online through our store
