How are my decorations delivered?

We endeavour to use Australia Post where possible for all our decoration deliveries.  This is the most economical method of delivery for our customers, and they allow customers to pick up from the post-office if they are not home on delivery.  If you would like an item delivered in a hurry, then we are happy to arrange a courier or express post for you.

Helium balloons which have been inflated our delviered by our personal courier and are available for Melbourne customer only. Delivery is charged separately per customer.

Do I need to organise insurance?

No, we have a blanket insurance policy which covers all our Christmas decorations from our warehouse to your door.  Please ensure that you check your delivery for completeness and breakages as soon as it arrives to ensure we can correct the problem prior to your Christmas holiday.  Please call us on (03) 9489 2248.

How can I pay online? Is it secure?

We have setup PAYPAL as our method of receiving payment from our customers.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us.  Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Do I have to have a PAYPAL account to purchase online?

No, we offer both credit card and PAYPAL (Mastercard, VISA).  Just simply follow the prompts on the right hand side of your checkout screen to continue without a PAYPAL account.

Can I pay by Cheque or over the phone?

Yes, if you ar not comfortable paying over the internet for your decorations or have specific details which you wish to clarify, please call us on (03) 9484 9995.
